Privacy Policy
Nourishing Core collects basic information such as name, mobile number, appointment preferences, consultation details and uploaded/shared records only for appointment management and consultation support.
Information collected
- Contact details and appointment requests
- Health goals and intake information voluntarily provided by the client
- Reports, diet plans and BCA records shared by the clinic
Use of information
Information is used to manage appointments, deliver nutrition consultations, track progress and communicate with clients.
Request storage
When online submission is connected, requests are stored for clinic review. If delivery is unavailable, the page tells you whether a pending copy was saved in this browser. Pending copies can be sent when this browser reconnects to the clinic intake service; clearing browser data removes them. Use WhatsApp to send your request directly, and avoid entering sensitive health details on a shared device. The WhatsApp option opens a message for you to review and send through WhatsApp.
